Welcome to Invisioned, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to transform interior design images. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Invisioned platform and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

Use of the Service

Access and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Invisioned retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, and any other content or materials provided as part of the Service.

License

Invisioned grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or its components.

User-Generated Content

Your Content

By using the Service, you may upload, create, or submit content, including interior design images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Invisioned a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and publicly display your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or submit User Content that infringes upon the rights of third parties, violates any laws, or is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate. Invisioned may, at its sole discretion, remove or refuse to publish any User Content that violates these guidelines.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to Invisioned's Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees and Billing

Invisioned may offer free, subscription-based, and Pay-as-You-Go payment options. If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan or use Pay-as-You-Go, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the Service. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Invisioned reserves the right to change pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Invisioned does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Invisioned and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

Invisioned reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

Invisioned may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
